FLAT TIE WEDGE PIN are used as a tying system in aluminium integrated panel formwork.KENCI flat ties are manufactured to meet the requirements of different systems.They are made of hot-rolled steel.
Flat ties are used to hold wall columns and beam panels in place by securing with wedge and pin.Wedge systms pass through the pre-determined hold on external sides of panels and the hole on the flat tie.Thickness of these structural elements will be precisely controlled by the pre-fabricated flat ties.KENCI Flat Ties are available for standard wall thickness as well for customised thickness according to customer requirements.
